What is our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy?

Once an order is placed we do not offer any exchange/refund or returns. Although, a customer can request for cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, by writing to us at info@kanchikhurana.com. Additionally, in case of alterations we will be happy to assist you under any circumstance.

Do we accept payments in cash?

We accept payments online as well as in cash. Owing to the price point of our products, cash payments will have to be made fully and in advance. The payment will have to be delivered by the customer, to our accounts department at our business address, which will be provided post the confirmation of the order. The label does not hold any responsibility of any such payment, until it is received at the accounts department.

Do we do customizations and alterations?

The label offers you the option of alterations and customizations, to the extent that the essential design of the garment is not compromised.

These alterations and customizations include but are not limited to, neck lines, sleeves, hems, dyes etc. either fully or partially, depending on the product. The label offers you the option of alterations post delivery too.

*Please note –In case of post delivery alteration, The articles are your responsibility until delivered back to us at the given address.

Our products are handcrafted and tailored with high quality fabrics and stitching materials. It is imperative that you only get them dry-cleaned.

 Are the colors of the products shown in the website accurate?

All our pieces are handcrafted and produced in house at our studio by the same team that made them the first time. However, due to the intricacy of the work involved and the artistic arrangement of a photoshoot there may be slight variations between the product image you see on screen and the actual product.
